The History of Women Reinventing the World with Katherine Kitterman and Tiffany Greene of Better Days 2020
Katherine and Tiffany will paint the historical backdrop of how women have led forward in times of difficulty, coming together to create the cultural movements that shaped our state, nation and world for the better.
Katherine Kitterman is the Historical Director for Better Days 2020. Katherine is the co-author of Champions of Change: 25 Women Who Made History and Thinking Women: A Timeline of Suffrage in Utah. She is a Ph.D. candidate at American University in Washington, D.C., where she has worked to bring history to life at the Smithsonian, the Holocaust Memorial Museum, and Woodrow Wilson House.
Tiffany Greene is a historical research consultant for Better Days 2020, where she has specifically worked to uncover the history of the rural suffrage movement in Utah. She graduated as a Service-Learning Scholar from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education with a History emphasis.

Triaging Resilience in the Midst of Crisis with resilience expert, Em Capito, LCSW, MBA, RYT
Em will share a research-based tangible framework for triaging our personal resilience along with the strategic shifts that deepen our roots, for ourselves, our families and our teams, toward the collective resilience that will lead our communities into renewal.
Em Capito is a psychotherapist specializing in resilience, translating more than a decade of research into tangible resilience strategies. Em holds master’s degrees in social work and business administration, and recently shared some of her work from the TEDxSaltLakeCity stage. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, yoga teacher, and meditation teacher with a private practice in Salt Lake City and Park City, Utah.

New Possibilities Amidst the Unraveling with Sara Jones, CEO of InclusionPro
Sara will talk about how to identify opportunities in the midst of turmoil. She will remind us that unraveling our expectations gives us space, freedom, and clear eyes to see things differently. Come be refreshed, renewed and reinspired to make impact in new ways.
Sara Jones creates global diversity and inclusion strategies to elevate inclusive cultures. She is the CEO of InclusionPro® and a founder of Women Tech Council, a national organization focused on the economic impact of women in the technology sector. She also serves on the Utah State Workforce Development Board, Board of Trustees for Intermountain Healthcare and the Executive Board of Silicon Slopes. Sara was honored as a Utah Business Magazine’s CEO of the Year, a Distinguished Alumna from the University of Utah College of Engineering, and was a Utah Innovation Awardee. Sara was adopted from South Korea at age three and miraculously found her birth family after 42 years. TED featured her powerful story on go.ted.com/sarajones.
